Maintenance

Apartments are cleaned, flooring is cleaned or replaced when needed, and painted if needed. 

We have on-site maintenance M-F and after hour maintenance emergency is available 24/7.

No, but you must notate that the team has permisson to enter the unit.

During regular office hours, contact the office. After office hours, contact a locksmith.

Yes, but the home must be returned to original condition to avoid charges.

Amenities

Summer Creek offers a 24/7 Fitness Center, a rentable Clubhouse, a year-round hot-tub and a seasonal pool.

The pool area and spa are available year round, however use of the pool are seasonal between Memorial Day and Labor Day. 

Garages are included with every apartment and parking is also available on a first come, first serve basis. 

We offer in apartment washer/dryers. Locations vary in each apartment. 

Yes, pets are welcome.

$200 Pet Deposit for 1st pet, $100 for the 2nd Pet, $35 pet rent for the 1st pet, $15 for the 2nd pet, Cats & Dogs

No weight restrictions, but there are breed restrictions.

Unfortantely, we do not have a pet park here at Summer Creek, but Summerlake Dog Park is only a 10 min walk. 

Our standard appliances include a washer/dryer, full sized water heater, dishwasher, and a stove/oven. 

No, we do not offer furnished apartments. 

4-13 month leases are available.

Yes, all corporate leases are to be approved by management prior. 

The office does not hold packages. We have Parcel Pending Package Locker

We have free weights, eliplical, treadmills, lap pull downs, chest press, hamstring deadlift, cycling bikes, leg extension machine, yoga balls/mats and complimentary TV. 

Quiet hours begin at 10:00pm -7:00am . We offer our clubhouse at a small fee, information can be requested through the leasing office.

No, our tours are available at no cost. 

We prefer appointments but also accept Walk-Ins. 

We accept online applications and also have paper applications in the office upon request.

You can pay online, or in person with a check or certified funds. We do not accept cash.

Outside your rent, you will be required to pay for WSG and any pet rent (if applicable)

Yes, Renters insurance is required. Renters insurance must have a minimum General Liability Coverage of $100,000 occurrence, list the Apartment Community as an interested party on the policy declaration page or Certificate of Insurance (COI) and name all residents on the lease as insureds on the policy, or each Resident may obtain a policy with limits in the minimum amount listed.

Utilities are not included with your rent. 

You will not have to set up utilities for WSG, however you will need to contact Portland General Electric to set up power. 

We offer Xfinity and Zipply Fibre. 

Guests can visit for 10 consecutive days or 20 days total in 12 calendar month before having to fill out application to be added to lease. All guests are bound by the same policies as the lease holder

Yes, we have #62 bus right outside the community. 

We are close to many shopping centers, restaurants, gym, Washing Square Mall and may parks. 

Tigard- Tualatin School District

Summer Creek Loop Trail offers a year round bike trail. 

We have many shopping centers within 5 minutes. 

Our closest coffee shops are WFM Coffee Bar, Coffee Rush and Starbucks, all of which are only a 3 minute drive.
