Apartments are cleaned, flooring is cleaned or replaced when needed, and painted if needed. 

We have on-site maintenance M-F and after hour maintenance emergency is available 24/7. 

The easiest way to submit a work order is through your online portal, but you may also email those requests to us. 

Our goal is to address maintenance issues within 5 days when possible.

No, our team is more than capable of handling work orders while you are not home. 

During business hours we will be happy to assist you with a lockout, outside of those hours, you will need to contact a locksmith. 

Yes you are, be mindful that you are required to return the apartment in the condition you received it when you move out.

Summer Creek offers a 24/7 Fitness Center, a rentable Clubhouse, a year-round hot-tub and a seasonal pool.

The pool area and spa are available year round, however use of the pool are seasonal between Memorial Day and Labor Day. 

Garages are included with every apartment and parking is also available on a first come, first serve basis. 

We offer in apartment washer/dryers. Locations vary in each apartment. 

Yes, we allow up to two pets per household. 

$200 Deposit for first pet. $100 for second. Monthly rent is $35 for the first and $15 for the second. 

While there are no weight limits on pets, we do have restrictions on certain breeds. The following breed restrictions apply for dogs: Pit Bulls and Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Unfortantely, we do not have a pet park here at Summer Creek, but Summerlake Dog Park is only a 10 min walk. 

Our standard appliances include a washer/dryer, full sized water heater, dishwasher, and a stove/oven. 

We do not offer furnished apartments. 

The shortest leases we offer are 6 months. 

Yes, all corporate leases are to be approved by management prior. 

We do not hold any packages in the leasing office, we have an available package locker for your convienance.

We have free weights, eliplical, treadmills, lap pull downs, chest press, hamstring deadlift, cycling bikes, leg extension machine, yoga balls/mats and complimentary TV. 

Office hours begin at 10:00pm -7:00am . We offer our clubhouse at a small fee, information can be requested through the leasing office. 

No, our tours are available at no cost. 

We prefer appointments but also accept Walk-Ins. 

We are open 7 days a week. 

We accept online applications and also have paper applications in the office upon request. 

Application approvals can vary per applicant. 

You will be required to pay your application fees, security deposit and first month's pro-rated rent. 

You can pay online, or in person with a check or certified funds. We do not accept cash.
